Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a network operator environment in a service provider industry.
Responsible for optimizing network performance; rapidly troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; and perform network optimization.
Experience in dealing with customers during problem resolution.
Knowledge of Network monitoring systems.
Manage customer relationships.
Advanced knowledge of routers/switches is required.
A relevant degree in a related technical discipline.
